[Audio Guide]

A child appears in a lush green space, behind slender, supple trees that reach out their limbs like a gate protecting the place. The child standing in a white garment is ambiguous in terms of gender and facial expression. The glimmering grass is spangled with white flowers and light particles, and the scene is pervaded by a sense of calm and happiness, as if this is a depiction of paradise. However, the lower part of the picture is stained vermillion, as if hinting something, and this combined with the child’s mysterious presence fills the work with tension as if a story is about to begin.
